Andrew has over 12 years’ experience in the coal industry. Andrew commenced his career in the coal industry with Noble Resources in Newcastle, managing Noble’s Australian logistics and shipping operations.

Andrew went on to build successful coal businesses within ANZ Banking Group, Societe Generale CIMB, and Avra Commodities in Singapore.

Andrew’s career experience spans logistics, coal markets, derivative operations and financial market innovation.

Stephanie has over 20 years’ experience in the coal industry, commencing her logistics career with Gray & Timmins Pty Ltd, one of the first and foremost export agents in the Port of Newcastle.

Stephanie was an integral part of the coal traffic department at Glencore Australia before moving into logistics and operations roles with Simdex Trading, and Macquarie Bank. Most recently Stephanie was trading Australian and Indonesian coal for SSM/Oxbow Coal.

Throughout her career, Stephanie has dealt closely with all participants in the coal chain – including producers, superintending companies, traders, end users, vessel agents, rail schedulers and port operation staff and has a thorough understanding of the intricacies of the coal chain.

Jenny has over 15 years’ experience in the coal industry, having worked with Coal Link Australia Pty Ltd, represented multiple producers & traders in the Hunter Valley Coal Chain. Prior to this role Jenny also worked for Ulan Coal Mines Pty Ltd. In both roles Jenny was responsible for the preparation and management of all documentation in relation to export shipments, coordinating and providing timely and accurate updates to mine sites, liaising with coal handling facilities and superintending companies.

Steve Kidcaff has over 20 years experience in the Australian coal industry, commencing his career as a Laboratory Technician in the CASCO and ACIRL coal laboratories, before moving into Geologist roles with BHP Billiton (Mt Arthur Coal) and Golder Associates. Steve’s most recent role was as a Dynamic Scheduler with Rio Tinto’s Coal & Allied Operations, where Steve managed all quality and logistic requirements for over 25 million mt of coal exports per annum.

Steve brings a wealth of technical and coal quality knowledge to the Coal Port Services team.
